Matimi Strategies is a consulting firm specializing in CRM optimization, operational structure, and accountability systems for automotive and powersports dealerships.
Founded by Mia Mijuskovic, a 10+-year industry leader with extensive dealership operations experience, the firm helps transform complex systems into efficient, data-driven performance structures.
Mia spent over a decade managing a Business Development Center (BDC) across multi-brand dealerships, and later served for three years as a Marketing Manager — giving her a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations from every side. She worked closely with executive leadership in weekly meetings across brands including Audi, Bentley, Ferrari, Genesis, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lamborghini, Lincoln, Lotus, Maserati, Porsche, Volvo, Chevrolet, as well as powersports brands through Cycle City (Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, Ducati, Husqvarna, KTM, Triumph, Zero, and more).
